We are the Cavill family and we run Cavill Properties, a small collection of student homes, ideal for you and your friends when it is time to move out of student halls and move into, what is likely to be, your first home of your own.
There are 6 of us in the family: David & Tina, Andy & Jenny and our 2 children Thomas & Ben. Between us, we look after all aspects of your time in one of our houses, helping you to settle in and to do all the boring, but necessary, paperwork and administration bits and pieces. You will deal with us directly, cutting out the managing agents which will save you money and ensure that problems (which will inevitably arise in some way, shape or form) are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
It’s longer ago than we would both care to admit but both Jenny and Andy lived in shared houses during our time at University and we both remember the excitement of getting our own houses. We also remember the stereotypical issues that students face from landlords and use these experiences to ensure that you receive a first class experience when making one of our houses your new home.
